The appointment of Divisional officers in the later part of May and Senior Divisional officers in June has created several doubt in the minds of Directors, Governors and ministers as they fear theirs may come up very soon. This uncertainty comes up as result of the belief that the recent appointments and transfers were expectations for the first quarter of 2019, as they knew that being masters of their terrains, the CPDM head and President Paul Biya will do as usual after elections.

This unprecedented action of President Biya may have caused more harm than as the desire for Directors, Governors and Ministers to maintain or retain their functions may raise either Diabolic practices or divergence of Projects budget to bribery in higher offices.
The resufflement which came at the wake of the current Anglophone crisis have increased the number of Anglophone administrators considerably around the country.
